Right Side Brake Chamber (replaces 38264-R)

The Hendrickson S-40881-R is a Type 18/24 spring and service brake chamber designed for air disc brake applications. This right-hand brake chamber features a 2.5-inch stroke and is designed for use with Hendrickson MAXX22T brake systems and AAT/AANT suspension applications.

The S-40881-R combines a Type 18 service brake chamber with a Type 24 spring brake chamber in one assembly, providing both service braking and spring-applied parking/emergency braking functions. Hendrickson documentation identifies the right-hand version with a 45° port orientation.

This part replaces the Hendrickson S-38264-R in applicable applications.
