Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
All delivery dates and rates provided by Kraft Tank are based upon our shipping partners, which are determined by the package size and weight of the order. While we strive to meet the established timeframes, we cannot guarantee the speed or accuracy of delivery dates provided by any of our commonly used shipping partners.
We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders more than $1000 and package weight less than 50 lbs to the continental US only.
Local delivery/In-Store Pickup
Free local delivery is available for local orders within a 50-mile radius.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. We offer local pickup at any of our 3 locations listed on our Contact Us page. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 30 business days. We will send you an email or call when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address will be needed when placing your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days from purchase date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Some products cannot be returned – see the list of non-returnable products under “Non-Returnable Products”.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please submit a Return and Exchange request as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Depending on the circumstances of the damage, we may offer replacements or refunds for products damaged during transit. Our customer service team will assess each case individually and provide appropriate assistance.

Security of Deliveries
Kraft Tank is not responsible for the security of deliveries that are missing or stolen from the delivery location. Once the order has reached the address indicated in the tracking information, deliveries become the sole responsibility of the customer.
Kraft Tank does not guarantee that your order will be replaced or refunded in the event of a lost or stolen package. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the security of the delivery location and to make arrangements for secure delivery if necessary.
Damage During Transit
In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during transit, it is imperative that you contact Kraft Tank immediately. Customers should notify us of any damage to the delivery within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
To initiate a claim for damage during transit, please contact [email protected] within the specified timeframe, providing relevant details and photographic evidence of the damage by submitting photos through our Returns and Exchanges page. We will guide you through the claims process and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion. Order Changes and Cancellations
We strongly suggest you call us at 913-601-6999 as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to change or cancel it, as we ship orders out quickly! If you email us, we may not receive them in time to stop the order from shipping out. Please double-check that your order details are correct before submitting your order at the “Checkout Details” step of checkout.
An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. Please complete the return form once the item has arrived.
If you need to change the address on an order that has already been shipped via UPS, please call us. There will be a fee of $25 per package to reroute the order while in transit. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be changed while in transit.
